• Cancellations:  All cancellations for group classes and private sessions require at least 48 hours (2 days) notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling:  Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 2 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

• No-Shows:  Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
